  • Key Responsibilities : a: Managing NNMi/NPS/NA tools in multiple deals b: develop dashboards in NNMi c: Configure parameter and thresholds based on Customer request d: Create reports for devices monitored through NNMi/NPS e: Support other monitoring tools like sitescope/OMi and Ops-Connector OOB and SNMO traps integrations which will be there along with NNMi f: support Mywizard/splunk tools which also will be there along with NNMi g: Assist in technical feasibility analysis
    
  • Technical Experience : a: 3 Years of experience in MF/HPE tools like OMi, SiteScope, NNMi, Ops-Connector b: Good to have scripting experience c: Good to have Splunk knowledge and experience d: Ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors and manage highly profile escalation calls
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent customer facing skills b: Experience working with a global team c: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills d: Good verbal and written communication
