  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management Service 2 Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution 3 Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis 4 Advance level knowledge of configure and troubleshooting Pulse secure VPN and load balancer
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 At least 5- 8 years experience network security 2 In-depth working experience in Cisco ASA, FortiGate and Juniper network firewalls 3 In-depth working experience in managing VPN, Proxy, WAF and SSL VPN Devices 4 In-depth working experience in managing Pulse secure Load balancer and VPN 5 In-depth working experience in managing Aruba ClearPass 6 Experience with Wireshark or other NAM tools 7 Experience in configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, STP,VTP,Trunking,HSRP,VRRP
