  • Key Responsibilities : -Architect solutions for business requirements involving advanced networks performance management, VoIP and converged technologies -Support standard and custom product development initiatives and network management device and application certifications for Managed Services solutions and customers -Participate and potentially lead innovation designs and implementation of tools -Interface and interact with customers on a semi-regular basis
    
  • Technical Experience : 1-Versa Certified Administrator Specialist or 2-Cisco - CCIE RS or Data Center LAB Certified solid understanding on networking concepts in SD-WLAN Versa / Viptela dellbox, Meraki -Solution conceptualization, definition and development with a focus on revenue generation and assurance -Ability to create and review technical documentation RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, SLAs, BOMs -Strong knowledge of overall network technology experience with fundamental understanding of WAN, LAN, Wireless, IPT and Optimizatio
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Excellent customer facing skills oral and written, a passion for customer satisfaction, and adherence to support service level agreements -Performs well under pressure to meet deadlines -Accepts responsibility, is self-motivated and accountable for achieving implementation
