  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Make pro-active suggestions for service improvements 2 Review the problem management register and identify and implement actions 3 Documentation 4 Lead disaster recovery tests 5 Plan and implement changes on production systems 6 Analyze and assess the impact and risk of changes on production systems 7 Resolve standard incidents affecting the operation/availability of systems 8 Training and Coaching Team members
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Exposure to Cisco Switches, Routers and Wireless devices 2 Exposure to firewalls/security and networking products desirable 3 Exposure to any Network Monitoring Tool 4 Knowledge of Cloud Azure, AWS 5 Understanding ITIL Standards
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 A good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2 Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
    
  • Educational Qualification : 1 15 years of full time education 2 Experience with 3 to 4 years in Core Network infrastructure
