Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support PractitionerProject Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Management Level : 7 Work Experience : 12-15 years Work Location : Bengaluru Must Have Skills : Network Infrastructure Good To Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements :


  • Key Responsibilities : -Managing and driving the team to meet Operation deliverables -Vendor management for resolving major production issues -Interface and manage relationship with Client Managers and key stakeholders -Identify process improvement areas and define new processes -Identify automation areas and implement the automations to optimize the team efforts -Mentoring team members to achieve target timelines and deliverables
  • Technical Experience : -Product/Solution knowledge Sound technical knowledge and experience in either Avaya / Cisco IPT and Contact Center technologies -Implementation and Management experience on Avaya or Cisco UCC products -Expertise on ITIL processes and project management
  • Professional Attributes : -Minimum 14 years of experience in Managing Complex Voice environments -Experience in implementing complex UCC environments -Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business -Team handling / people management
  • Educational Qualification : -Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
