  • Key Responsibilities : A-In depth knowledge on all Windows server features and roles B-Managing windows workloads hosted VMware, Hyper-V and Public Cloud C-Experience on working incidents, service requests and changes D-Experience in creating SOPs and Runbooks E-Identify RCA for re-occurring issues F-Document RCA for P1 and Major Incidents G-Experience working as team player, should work collaboratively multiple technical teams H-Should be able to prioritize and execute tasks, should be able to multitask
    
  • Technical Experience : A-In depth knowledge on all Windows server features and rolesB-Excellent troubleshooting skills on VMware vSphere and Hyper-VC-Experience of managing multiple versions of Windows Servers windows 2019, 2016, 2012 E-Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python F-Knowledge on Nutanix AHV good to have G-Experience in Managing Converged and Hyperconverged infrastructure H-Experience on working incidents, service requests and changes I-Knowledge of DR solution VMware SRM, good to have
