  • Key Responsibilities : 1-Work on Various software deployment like Splunk, Flexera, Symantec, MS office 2-Handle Windows server OS upgrade Migrations, Reinstallation of Windows OS 3-Responsible for Windows Cluster Configuration and Troubleshooting 4-Work on Patching of server through SCCM, SCCM Patch Deployment and Remediation 5-Work on SCCM Package creation 6-Handle Backup failure/ issues Troubleshooting, Experience in Backup tools
