  • Key Responsibilities : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or applicationCan accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge If required can deployed solution for Windows 10, SCCM, Active directory and Intune presentations to executive audiences and explaining the benefits of the platform Create Reports on Power BI , Exposure to log analytics
    
  • Technical Experience : Hands on experience on supporting Intune Infrastructure Experience in creating reports using Power Bi and Data warehouse and Exposure on Windows Autopilot and SCCM
    
  • Professional Attributes : A exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running B Availability 24/7 in case of any emergency to be addressed
    
  • Educational Qualification : BE / B Tech / MCA/ Bachelors degree
