Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : Senior SME/ Engineer responsible for design and build of Azure Windows Virtual Desktop
    
  • Technical Experience : Proficient in designing and deploying Azure Windows Virtual desktop operating systems to include customizing, application packaging, troubleshooting, Bitlocker management, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 migration concepts and solutions Experienced using Configuration Manager 2012 SCCM / Microsoft Deployment Toolkit MDT to develop custom operating system images, patching solutions, troubleshooting and maintenance plans, App-V and VDI , GPO, AD Security and Compliance Configs
    
  • Professional Attributes : Design and Build skills Provide exceptional customer support at troubleshooting Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting system, application and network related issues Excellent customer facing communications skills verbal and written Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
    
  • Educational Qualification : BE/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or other branches of engineering, Science grads
