Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a Design, implement and support large scale Teams deployment with enterprise voice environments b Manage the Deployment and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers
    • Technical Experience : a Design and deploy MS Teams and O365 Microsoft Teams Phone system, Advance voice configuration b Proficient in configuration of Dial plan, routes, truck, RGS, CAP and media bypass Working knowledge and experience on QOE, CQM analysis and on hybrid environment c Able to manage voicemail on MS team tenant
    • Professional Attributes : a Provide exceptional customer support at troubleshooting b Excellent customer facing communications skills verbal and written c Ability to work in high-pressure environment with evolving requirement
    • Educational Qualification : BE/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or other branches of engineering
