  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Troubleshooting of issues related MS Exchange Online,AzureAD,AD/DNS/O365, including mailflow, connector configurations, database mailbox restoration patching Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for Teams incidents and problems related to escalations from service desk and performs root cause analysis Service Health monitring using MS console and actively respond based on system alerts and notifications Take ownership of the reported issues and conduct L2 / L3 level troubleshotng
    • Technical Experience : Hands on experience on MS Exchange 2010/2013/2016/ Office365 MS Exchange Hybrid Environment - Able to install/configuring MS Exchange 2016, ATP, eDiscovery Good troubleshooting skill of issues related MS Exchange server/database/mail flow Prior experience on backup/restoration of MS Exchange server/databases/mailboxes
    • Professional Attributes : 6 years experience Strong analytical and communication skills written, interpersonal, and presentational required Ability to lead troubleshooting calls involving senior stakeholders from Accenture / Clients
    • Educational Qualification : Minimum Bachelors degree Relevant Vendor/Technology certifications preferred
