  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Work on In- place upgrade strategies on Win 10 based on Microsoft release 2 Supports the development and verification of test methods in support of SOE 3 Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan 4 Monitor the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve tickets 5 Responsible for deploying of SCCM with CO management 6 Create Low-Level Design and Technical Documents
    • Technical Experience : 1 Good logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as file and registry-related application problems on Windows operating systems 2 Should be good in troubleshooting SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues 3 Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activities 4 Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system admin
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Good Verbal and written communication skills 2 ITIL Certified, Azure certified 3 Good Knowledge on MS tools
    • Educational Qualification : 1 Graduation in any stream
