    • Key Responsibilities : Azure Windows Virtual Desktop platform deployment and management Virtual Desktop regular maintenance and endpoint security compliance Host pool enablement for projects User Enablement/Disablement of windows virtual desktop platform, Monitoring and fixture of virtual desktop compliance parameters Monitoring and reporting on user enablementInteract and coordinate with customers to troubleshoot, track, and report service incidents Support project effort to operationalize the support aspects of the
    • Technical Experience : Relevant 2 to 4 years experience and good knowledge on Microsoft Azure platform Relevant 2 years experience on VDI platform and strong knowledge on Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop 2-4 years experience and strong knowledge on Windows client Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Image creation and management 1-4 years experience and good working knowledge on Incident, Change and Problem management which includes knowledge on ticketing tools
    • Professional Attributes : Strong communication skills Comfortable/Experienced working within a globally dispersed team, Open to work in shifts 24/7 Driven by curiosity to understand why things are the way they are
    • Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
