  • Key Responsibilities : Detailed Design Artifacts: Build Guide, Operations Manual Contribute to the Service Operations Manual being put together by the Transition to Operations team Deploy and support the Remote Desktop platform following the Build Guide, Operations Manual and Service Operations Manual Provide input into UAT/ORT Test Approach, Test Scripts and Cut-Over Plan Maintain a detailed inventory of all environments, aligned to the project plan, to ensure sufficient compute capacity for all project phases
