  • Key Responsibilities : a: Participate in delivery of the Application Operations and Support Service according to defined service level agreement b: Development of accurate estimates for Work Requests submitted to him/her c:Participate in delivery of a quality service with commitment to customer service and ownership of issues d:Hands on management of daily incidents and problems e:Provide inputs to the Team Lead to help him with the analysis of AOP Automation incidents to determine patterns to drive future initiatives
    
  • Technical Experience : a: HP Operations Orchestrator b: Broad, up-to-date, industry experience and knowledge c: A broad understanding of one or more technologies used during policy development including is desirable: SQL coding, Scripting f: Additionally a broad knowledge of the technologies to be automated would be beneficial: Server - Intel HP, IBM, Dell hardware, Unix HPUX, Solaris, AIX h: Network Cisco, Checkpoint, Storage - NetApp, EMC, HP j: OS Application - Microsoft Windows, Oracle, ERP, BMC
