  • Key Responsibilities : a: High Experience Domain Expertise ie- Hybrid Full Stack Infra/App Dev b: Eliminate the redundant efforts between L2 and L3 teams c: Responsible for the availability of the service to help system performance improvement d:Create Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, self-help and self-service scripts for resolution of repetitive scenarios e: Post-mortem Domain f: Test automation g: Monitoring and health checks h: Help Build Known Error Databases
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Hands-On experience in tool development task b: Working knowledge in any of the automation toolMFOO, RunDeck, RESOLVE c: Hands on experience DevOps tools Ansible, Jenkins etc d: Hands on experience in Python, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, PowerShell scripting, Perl, SQL and PL/SQL etc e: Have good exposure in CICD pipeline f: Ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors and manage highly profile escalation calls
