  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1: Candidate having good knowledge in ITIL process related to various functions and processes in Service Management like: Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, Transition Management, Change Management and Configuration Management 2: Willing to perform tasks aligned to ITIL processes in either of the above functions and process 3: Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement 4 Capability to analyse statistics and compile accurate r
    • Technical Experience : 1: Added benefits, if having good knowledge with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint presentations and Power BI 2: Another added benefit - Basic Knowledge of the Network terminologies / cloud Infrastructure and their functionalities 3: Good to have ITIL Foundation Certification and should have worked in any one of the ITIL functions or process earlier
