  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : -Minimum 6 years experience in Service Management with in-depth knowledge on SM processes -Good expose with hands on experience in Incident , Change and Problem processes -Should be able to represent the team to leadership Internal External -Good Knowledge on Reporting and reporting tools, -Good Experience in preparing reports on SLA and KPI -Good knowledge on MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Visio
    • Technical Experience : -Sound Knowledge understanding of Service Management process and Lifecycles -Hands on experience in handling various Service Management Verticals Incident , Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge Management -Hands on experience on SLA/KPI Management -Monitoring and Management of reporting tasks -Good Data Analytical skills Should be able to identify trends from data representation from various data sources Should be able to identify Gaps -Prior experience to attend the CAB meeting
    • Professional Attributes : -Good hands on experience on ITSM Tools Service Now, Remedy -Good interpersonal communication skills
    • Educational Qualification : -Should have 15 years full time education
    • Additional Information : -Should be able to work in 24/7 rotational shift project
