  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Understanding and knowledge of Service level managementSLM/reporting, Incident management IM process and overview of other Service management processes Publish quality critical service levelCSL and Key measures KM reports daily/weekly/monthly to internal and external stakeholders on time against all contracted SLAs across all the various towers - Application and Infrastructure and Site support and Service Desk Also support in delivering reports related to IM - back log, Aging , SLA and customer
    • Technical Experience : Strong skills with MS Excel, Word and usage of ITSM tools like Jira /Service now ITIL certified would be added advantage
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Good Verbal and written communication skills 2 ITIL Certified, Azure certified 3 Good Knowledge on MS tools
    • Educational Qualification : 1 Graduation in any stream
