  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A - Planning project management of newly spined project and projects which are in pipeline B - Design guidelines that should be implemented across all service areas / organization with minimal downtime and disruption to services C - Managing risks that may affect release scope and come up with mitigation strategy D - Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements E - Measure and monitor progress of project progress and report to leadership
    • Technical Experience : A - Expert in project management lifecycle and worked on complex environments, especially in Agile methodology B - Knowledge about Identity and Access Management, security projects C - Knowledge in Change, Release and Project Management D - Knowledge on Deployment of products, projects in complex environments E - Incident , service request Demand Management process awareness F - Microsoft Suite / Azure Dev Ops experience G - Experience in reporting tools like power BI, Azure Dev ops Dashboards
    • Professional Attributes : A - Having good communication skills B - Analytical / Advisor Counselor C - Status Quo challenger D - Innovative to automate processes and procedures
    • Educational Qualification : A - Engineering or Computer Science background
