  • Key Responsibilities : A: Develop Standard Operating Environment SOE build ie to automate build for supported environments and hardware models using MDT or SCCM B: Experienced on Integration of packaged applications and patches into OS builds using different scripting technologies like VBScript and PowerShell scripting C: Strong ability to create Custom Task sequences based on the customer requirements in order to automate OSD and Troubleshooting the issues
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Should have 5 to 7 years in Windows Desktop Management, Printing Management, OS Imaging Deployment, Software Installation/configuration troubleshooting, Overall End User Machine Optimization B: Strong understanding of MS Windows 7 Windows 10 OS C: Experienced in Operating Systems customization and build D: Strong exposure in VB and Powershell scripting
    
  • Professional Attributes : A: A good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
