  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A: Managing patch calendar for Windows servers B: Pre and Post patching validation C: Bigfix Job deployment D: Creating Bigfix Fixlets E: Prepare documentations and specifications F: Handle common upgrade procedures, such as upgrade, deployment, service, migration, etc G: Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary H: Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
    • Technical Experience : A: Should have 5 to 7 years experience in Bigfix server installation and Configuring relays B: Package creation using Admin studio C: Strong proficiency in Bigfix Tool and Bigfix server architecture D: Understanding Bigfix relay servers E: Build/ Manage server Clusters F: Resolve / reschedule Backup failure issues G: troubleshoot Server problems - unexpected reboot; mem dump ; RCA H: Coordination with Microsoft if required
    • Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
    • Educational Qualification : A: 15 years full time education
    • Additional Information : A: Should be open to work in shifts
