• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : -Maintenance administration of Nice recording solutions Responsible for handling day-to-day Voice operations, requirements issues -Managing maintaining NICE Air recorder, Interaction center, Database server, Datamart, VOIP logger, Application server for various clients -Provide L2 / L3 support for operational activities -Vendor management for resolving major production issues
    
  • Technical Experience : -Product/Solution knowledge NICE Air recorder, Interaction center, Database server, Datamart, VOIP logger, Application server -Sound technical knowledge and hands-on on Nice/ Verint recording solutions -Implementation and ongoing management of the Nice / Verint solutions -Management and troubleshooting of Nice/Verint solutions
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on one or more products mentioned above -Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business -Team handling / people management, good communication skills
    
  • Educational Qualification : -Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
