• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : -Manage the team and present management dashboard/ reports as per the agreed timelines -Work on shift rostering, resource management and scheduling -Follow up with OEM on support cases/ tickets raised and provide timely updates to the client -Product/Solution knowledge Avaya Aura Portfolio, Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager and System Managers, Session Border Controllers, Messaging, IM Presence, AES solutions -Secondary Skill of Genesys PureCloud configuration, administration
    
  • Technical Experience : - Should have competent knowledge experience on UC product portfolios of Avaya - Should have knowledge experience on Genesys PureCloud - Should have experience performing IP Telephony operations management - Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Configuration and integration knowledge on Call Recording and related adjuncts -Attended Avaya trainings / Completed certifications -Genesys PureCloud certification will be an addon
    
  • Educational Qualification : Education: Related Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
