Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Plan, design, implement, and support IP-based call center and eGain Omnichannel solutions Partner with Operations on issues related to ICM-UCCE platforms Management and support Cisco UCCE elements: ICM, CVP, CUCM Consult on high severity incidents and complex work orders Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning in voice environment to minimize work disruption Consult on preventive maintenance activities to ensure platform stability
    • Technical Experience : o CUCM o Cisco Voice Gateways ISR4 including analogue connectivity o Good understanding of SIP, SCCP, MGCP, SRST, TEHO, Extension Mobility, QoS, RTP, PSTN connectivity, SRST, CME and TCP/IP o Cisco ECE o eGain Omnichannel o Core Java o Java Servlets, JavaScript, Web Services o Good analytical and problem-solving skills o Struts / JSF / any web framework o Good Microsoft Visio skills o Awareness of carrier infrastructures o Excellent written documentation skills in English
