Project Role : Cloud Services OperationsProject Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends. • Key Responsibilities : -Install and configuring Citrix technologies including XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Services, and APPV, and related technology -Basic knowledge of other Citrix products like netscaler, Wanscaler, Adgesite, password manager etc -Manage Active Directory / domain for Citrix related systems -Manage and support Citrix Clusters / HA systems -Manage and support thin client systems like citrix and terminal services -nalyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for Citr
  
• Technical Experience : -8 years of experience in Citrix Technologies including XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Services, AppV and related Technologies -Strong technical knowledge in design, deploy and administration -Strong knowledge on packaging and distribution -Strong knowledge on SCCM -Knowledge on Active Directory Design, Build Administration would be added advantage
