  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a Provide a Service Management point of escalation for the Delivery Centers on the service including point of contact for offshore SM teams b Perform an operational Change Management hands on role including progressing changes for all service aligned queues ensuring service levels are maintained and eliminating backlogs c Identify, investigate and resolve client Service Management issues d Work closely with the Process owners to identify and implement Service Improvements
    • Technical Experience : a Good Experience in Change Management basic information around process like Incident, Problem, Configuration Management b Candidate should have 2 years of experience in Cloud Infra Service Management
    • Professional Attributes : a Resource should have good communication skills b Resource should have good analytical skills
    • Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education
