  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a:Should have experience on adding/updating storage and schedule policies, troubleshooting on backup failures, managing licensing and capacity usages b: Should have experience on multiple agents which includes Filesystem, VSA, SQL, Oracle, Exchange, SAP, Active Directory and CDP c: Should have hands-on experience in NetBackup 76/77 /81 Administration including Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting issues on Unix / Windows Platform Lead NetBackup Upgrades, patching and compliance
    • Technical Experience : a: Backup Management Backups/Recovery jobs b: Monitoring Software and Hardware c: Performing Scheduled Backups and On-Demand Backup requests d: Backup troubleshooting on failures and slowness issue e: New Server, VM, Agent based backup configuration and removal as per request f: Performing critical and normal restores as per requests g: Participating in audits for successful backups and failure backups
    • Professional Attributes : a: 5 years experience Strong analytical and communication skills written, interpersonal, and presentational required b: Ability to lead troubleshooting calls involving senior stakeholders from Accenture / Clients
    • Educational Qualification : a: Minimum Bachelors degree b: Relevant Vendor/Technology certifications preferred
