  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Work with client colleagues to gather the software media and needed Information necessary to enable the packaging engineers team to create the package 2 Review, update and keep a track of items to be packaged 3 Report on status and ETA on weekly basis 4 Escalate issues and assist with remediation as agreed
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 1 year of coordination experience dealing with internal stakeholders and customers 2 Knowledge understanding of software installation like MS-Office, etc 3 Good written and verbal communication skills 4 Preparation of basic reports and tracking

  • Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
