Project Role : Cloud Services OperationsProject Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends. • Key Responsibilities : 1Ability to create ,test deploy the App-V Package 2Knowledge on Packaging apps for citrix deployment Knowledge on deployment tools like SCCM 3Perform package SCCM integration testing/quality assurance: Analyze, review and assess application packaging requirements, specifications and application packages for testability 4Complete software packaging per the information listed in the package requirements form 5Manage User Acceptance Testing UAT with project managers and/or technical contacts
  
• Technical Experience : -Knowledge on Application virtualization using Microsoft APP-V -Good knowledge of Windows 7, 10 -Excellent experience on SCCM 2012 2016 -Excellent understanding of applications and application packaging -Extensive experience in Application packaging/repackaging, Application compatibility testing and application deployment -Good Understanding of MSI packaging technologies Admin Studio, Wyse -Must have and understanding in Packaging /virtualization process, workflow, best practices and standards
