  • Key Responsibilities : Supporting 2 teams- Implementing new contract management system - icertis - migrating a huge amount of confidential info Strategic initiative Should be able to work independently; well versed in requirements gathering, working with business users; understanding of testing/acceptance on behalf of business Testing feature sets, confirming metadata tagging Working on sharepoint, Reporting, compliance based systems
    
  • Technical Experience : Experience with Contract Mgmt/Compliance with Asset Mgmt background is must Experience on requirements gathering, working with business users; understanding of testing/acceptance on behalf of business Good Capital Management knowledge
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good communication skill, will require to cover/support few hours of US hours
    
  • Educational Qualification : MBA in Finance
