The Work:

  • As a Resources Analyst, you will start with intensive training through our Consultant Development Program. During your first 1-2 years in this role, the focus will be on gaining skills across many functional areas of expertise required to become a successful Industry Solutions & Services Consultant. Going forward, you will continue to grow your career and increase your skills and experience in various areas.

  • You will develop essential consulting skills by:

  • Delivering services and solutions that power our clients' businesses.

  • Combining the power of industry knowledge expertise with strategic, business and technology consulting capabilities.

  • Implementing new industry platforms and an innovative approach to industry and technology on a global scale.

  • Helping to transform how processes are conducted across a variety of industries - making them faster, more efficient and more effective than ever before. 

  • Disruptors- imagining the impossible and making it happen.

  • Helping our clients tackle their biggest business problems

  • Implementing agile methods and turning the New into the Now 

  • Travel update: Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts.


Here’s What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields of Business or Engineering, or other.

  • Ability to travel on a weekly basis, typical travel is Monday through Thursday to client locations.


Bonus Points if:

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field, as mentioned above and / or experience working in utility industry

  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management

  • Additional Software Training, Maximo, Click Software

  • Excellent listening and communication skills

  • Leadership ability
