Responsibilities:
• Partner with Global Cloud First leadership on overall strategic direction
• Contribute to the set up and execution of the Cloud First V&A strategy as applicable
• Collaborate with the ATC-P Cloud First HR Leads on employee-facing initiatives
• Provide coaching/mentoring to Cloud First leaders on HR topics and Talent trends
• Play a key role in fostering a diverse, innovative and collaborative environment
• Ensure the smooth running of various talent and MD processes
• Own stakeholder communications (calls, emails, other channels etc.) that articulate the right level of detail, to the right audience, at the right time
• Partner with COE SMEs to design and run processes smoothly as needed
• Guide decisions and lead actions through insights while maintaining documentation that reflects the as-is and to-be approach
• Serve as central point of contact to collect requests relating to talent metrics. Work with Talent Analytics and Insights team to prioritize and organize data reporting and analytics
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree • Must have 10 years’ experience in Human Resources • Has Stakeholder and People Management • Willing to be assigned Boni, Mandaluyong • Regular shift but should be flexible to working hours as the role may require working effectively across multiple time zones
