Hiring for IT positions from juniors to seniors through different IT platforms (Java, SAP, Frontend, Data Analytics, Testing, Automation, Cloud,…)
Be responsible for end to end hiring process (Searching, Screening, Interviewing, Offer management, Hiring new talent)
Active sourcing for candidates
Lead candidates and hiring managers through processes
Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations
Eventually participate on internal projects
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment is a big plus)
Experience with approaching inactive candidates
Communication skills
Attention to detail
Good problem solver and good organizational skills
Fluent level of English language
