Internal Audit – Advanced Analytics SAN

Job Summary
The digital revolution is transforming the audit profession. The Advanced Analytics Specialist will support the Internal Audit Analytics team with development of comprehensive analytical solutions used to assess risk throughout Accenture and develop more strategic audit plans.
The analytics team uses an enterprise level instance of the Google Cloud Platform, including leading analytics tools / technologies to solve complex business problems. You’ll play a critical role in helping our top leadership tackle complex business issues and identify opportunities to reduce risk. Position Description:
• Implement complete Big Data solutions including data acquisition, storage, transformation, and analysis.
• Support the delivery of ad hoc and customized analytics in support of global internal audits.
• Translate business needs into specific analytical solutions, leveraging our full technology suite.
• Work with Accenture business leads in a consultative capacity, supporting value add using big data solutions.
• Communicate technical analytic results to stakeholders, translating how to best generate business value.
• Develop advanced business intelligence dashboards, allowing users to unlock insights across multiple data sources.
Support strategic ad hoc and special projects as needed, balancing multiple priorities.
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: (list in order of priority)
• Degree in Statistics, Mathmetics, Economics, Computer Science, Accounting or Finance.
• Expert level knowledge in SQL coding, with 3-5 years of experience delivering data solutions.
• Technical expertise creating visualizations in QlikView, QlikSense and / or PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with the English language.
• Ability to independently understand and connect business objectives to viable technical solutions.
Ability to work independently and achieve high results in a remote work setting with flexibility to work across time zones
Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience working with technologies on the Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of SAP back end data tables.
• Experience performing statistical and / or predictive analytics using Python or R.
• Knowledge of predictive model administration within the Google Cloud Platform including use of Jupyter Notebooks and Pipelines.
Other Requirements (i.e., travel, overtime %):
• Readiness for domestic and international travel, as and when required.
