Key Responsibilities
Responsible for in-market copy content adaptation and adjustments based on an existing master copy
The copywriter will add local language relevance and nuance to the master copy and adapt text to length and format according to technical requirements across online, CRM and social channels
Strong understanding of local digital consumer, with ability to creatively adapt global modular content assets to be relevant in-market
Participate in project briefings, collaborating with account, analytics, journey and social teams to drive local campaign orchestration
Provide guidance about the best way to leverage and present copy for local campaigns
Provide copy input for market-specific copy and adaptation needs
Analyse master global brand campaign kit in order to identify gaps between local market copy and channel needs, and available master assets
Coordinate with production and creative hubs to communicate market guidelines and briefs, including third party production suppliers, as appropriate
Copy creation and adaptation support for market-specific activities for some assets focused on quick turnaround requests
Analyse copy and assets available in DAM for completeness, tagging, IP rights and versioning to keep control over relevant and non relevant copy for market
Enrich campaign briefs, adding content adaptation guidelines, versioning requirements and creative guidelines
Develops copy content following the brand and market communication guidelines
Supports creative and content production areas clarifying and troubleshooting copywriting issues
Supports copy content legal and creative approvals
Provide and document guidelines regarding visualisation of text on digital channels
Coordinate with client and third parties copy adaptation needs, including coordination of legal approvals, financial verbiage and coordination with other agencies
Supports creation and enrichment of campaign brief, providing guidelines to production and activation teams regarding text style, positioning, font size and type
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
Copywriter with at least 3-5 year of experience in digital content, including social media
Understanding of copy writing activities to be able to guide local engagement team and local client on effort estimation and interaction with third parties
Understanding of digital analytics and key content/channel metrics is an asset
