Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for highly localised content, re-touching small and medium complexity compositions on images, owned and 3° party social content​

  • Strong understanding of local digital consumer, with ability to creatively adapt global modular content assets to be relevant in-market​

  • Participate in project briefings, collaborating with account, analytics, journey and social teams to drive local campaign orchestration​

  • Provide guidance about the best way to leverage and present channel content for local campaigns

  • Provide creative input for market-specific content creation and adaptation needs​

  • Analyse master global brand campaign kit in order to identify gaps between local market channel needs and available master assets​

  • Coordinate with production and creative hubs to communicate market guidelines and briefs, including third party production suppliers, as appropriate​

  • Provide creative content creation and adaptation support for market-specific activities for some content, focused on quick turnaround requests ​

  • Analyse assets available in DAM for completeness, tagging, IP rights and versioning to keep control over relevant and non relevant content for market​

  • Enrich campaign briefs, adding content adaptation guidelines, technical specs, versioning requirements and creative guidelines​

  • Re-touching activities include small and medium complexity compositions, with expectation to be able to work on high complexity compositions ​

  • Follow guidelines of asset packaging: for adaptation, prepare editable and layered formats and for activation prepare hi res assets in the format according to channel​

  • Perform upload and tagging activities of any material built in local market, in collaboration with Librarian Services hub​

  • Manage content efficiency reports and recommend local content approach to achieve re-use targets


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Graphic designer with at least 3-5 year of experience in digital content, including social media​

  • Understanding of video editing activities to be able to guide local engagement team and local client regarding effort estimation and interaction with third parties, or video shooting and editing teams​

  • Advance skills in Adobe CS tools including intermediate skills in InDesign​

  • Basic to intermediate skills in CGI and Video making/editing tools (i.e. Autodesk Maya)
