This graduate internship will give you the opportunity to learn more and develop yourself in the context of (digital) transformations within Financial Services.

Your job

Your research will focus on topics that are on top of mind of financial services providers such as banks, pension funds, and insurers. During your internship, you will research different (digital) innovations and tools currently applied in organizations, such as AI, Digital, Cloud and Agile. You will use your insights to develop new ideas that enable organization to pivot into the new. Together, we will develop a research question that suits you, the financial services provider, your university, and the FS practice.

Next to your master thesis, Accenture offers you the possibility to develop your professional skills. Graduating at Accenture is more than just getting your degree. Your background

• You are a Master student in the final year of your graduation from a Dutch university with a specialization in the areas of Business Administration, (Innovation) Management or Finance
• You have affinity with Technology, Strategy and Consulting;
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills;
• You have affinity with the financial services industry
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• You work independently and have a hands-on mentality, you are creative and take responsibility, and you have a strong intrinsic motivation to take ownership over your work.
