• Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1-RDS Platform Management - RDS platform installation, OS, patch management with client 2-Database creation and commissioning 3-Running and maintaining scripts 4-Schema and tables support during RUN time 5-Supporting RDS instance during run 6-Coordinate with cloud support team for ad-hoc manual final restores 7-Coordinate with client for Purchasing reserved nodes
    
  • Technical Experience : 1-Strong AWS RDS Oralce SQL experience in production environments 2-Configuration and support of complex DB systems in AWS RDS environment 3-Practical experience in monitoring 4-Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1-Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning ,Evening and Night Shifts 2-Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes
    
  • Educational Qualification : BE
