  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Maintain responsibility for enterprise IT monitoring capabilities, Monitoring of the availability and performance of systems at both the infrastructure and application levels Perform daily support for any monitoring related queries -Incident request ticket handling as well as follow-ups on all monitoring aspects Event Management processes including managing monitoring applications that monitor infrastructure services and applications in high-availability production environments
    
  • Technical Experience : Knowledge on one tools mentioned below will be preferable 1 Zabbix 2 Axway3 Grafana Skilled in enterprise tools Zabbix and Splunk Knowledge in implementing or supporting any monitoring tools Good knowledge on Wintel or Unix or Linux technology Technically inclined and has interest or passion for infrastructure monitoring Ability to perform cross-functional collaboration with other technical teams, vendors, field technicians, to address specific outages or issues Good understanding of ITIL
