• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, Responsible for working in an Agile environment and ensuring QoS within a minimum possible response time 2, Should be flexible to support 24x7 for Critical situation and as per the need of the hour 3, Closely work with our Client Internal IT support teams in the configuration and rollout of Splunk functionality, enhancing the existing Splunk environments, troubleshooting, implementing changes, trend analysis and providing best practices as needed
    
  • Technical Experience : 1, Troubleshooting and configuration knowledge at L2 level 2, Should have 2 3 years of experience in Splunk Administration with complete understanding of data center operations 3, Candidate should possess Certification in Splunk Administration 4, AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1, Candidate should be flexible working in 247 support environment 2, Candidate should be comfortable working from Kolkata location 3, AWS Practitioner Certification is a requirement 4, ITILv3 or ITIL4 Certification is mandatory 5, Should be excellent in Communication in written and spoken English
    
  • Educational Qualification : 1, Engineering Graduate preferably in Computer Science
