• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure technology through the entire development lifecycle from design through transition to operational support; specifically 2, Plan, develop, design, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance are consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements 3, Work with internal departments and outside partners to assist with technical problem solving
    
  • Technical Experience : 1, 6 years of experience in cloud engineering, specifically Microsoft Azure PaaS offering is required; High degree of technical and security experience is a must 2, Strong knowledge of IaaS including VPCs, VPNs, VRF, DNS, load-balancing, and firewalls 3, Monitoring, remediation in Azure service bus/Kubernates Provisioning / deprovisioning / scaling resources in run in Azure service bus /Kubernates 4, Experience in Azure Data lake, Logic Apps, App service, function, container registry
