• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure technology through the entire development lifecycle from design through transition to operational support; specifically 2, Plan, develop, design, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance are consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements 3, Work with internal departments and outside partners to assist with technical problem solving
    
  • Technical Experience : 1, Microsoft Azure PaaS offering is required; High degree of technical and security experience is a must with specialist skill in PiVotal Cloud foundry 2, 6 Years experience in the design, implementation and support of a wide range of IT infrastructure systems in a mission critical environment within a system administrator or architect role in ground up builds that leverages IAAS and PAAS 3, Strong knowledge of IP Networking including VPCs, VPNs, VRF, DNS, load-balancing, and firewalls
