• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, Database administrative tasks -database software installation, database client installation database creation, periodic patching, upgrade, user management, password management, backup-restoration, disk space management 2, Responsible for ensuring availability and improvement of performance of the databases that support the system 3, Responsibility for transition/ operations team handover and Signoff of Migrated servers with extended support if required
    
  • Technical Experience : 1, Proficient in administering managing ORACLE DB instances as well as RDS in AWS environment 2, Proficient in scripting using Shell Scripts, ANSIBLE, Cloudformation in AWS 3, AWS Certified Solution Architect 4, Knowledge in Postgres ad added advantage
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1, 4 to 6 years of experience 2, Good communication skill 3, Good team player with good interpersonal skill 4, Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 5, Take part in weekend /holiday on call support Be flexible to learn new technology /skill
