• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, Administer Troubleshooting on Netapp FAS series, AFF series, On Command unified manager, On Command insights, OSSV, Snapvault backup 2, Hands-on experience on Snapshot configuration, Snap mirror management, configuration and troubleshooting, Powerpath and LVM 3, Work on Cluster mode Data on tap 8x to 9x for Allocations-Deallocations 4, Work on Shelf addition, disk firmware upgrade, shelf firmware and capacity management 5, Work on SAN infrastructure troubleshooting
    
  • Technical Experience : 1, Candidate should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience on Netapp Administration 2, Troubleshooting and configuration knowledge at L2-L3 level 3, In depth knowledge in managing storage, network, drivers and protocol properties in OS layer 4, Good to have knowledge on Dell EMC Administration and management 5, Good to have knowledge of shell, powershell scripting languages
