• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, Database administrative tasks -database software installation, database client installation database creation, periodic patching, upgrade, user management, password management, backup-restoration, disk space management 2, Responsible for ensuring availability and improvement of performance of the databases that support the system 3, To proactively monitor the database systems to secure services with minimum downtime 4, Proactive incident and change Management 5, Generate database report
    
  • Technical Experience : 1, Should have hands on experience - installation SQL database, configure RAC and ASM both on windows and Linux , database maintenance, applying patch , database upgrade, database cloning , rebuild/reorganize index, RMAN , data pump 2, Should have knowledge on memory tunning, configure huge page, access hardening 3, Should have knowledge on analyzing Sql and Pl/Sql queries 4, Should have experience in analyzing AWR, ADDM, ASH report
