• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Technical Experience : 1, Extensive experience in LINUX/Windows Installation 2, Configuration System administration Deep understanding of Server Support,troubleshooting and storage implementation 3, Excellent Knowledge and expertise of OS clustering, partitioning and virtualization VIOS, PowerHA - 4, Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day LINUX/Windows operating system installation, migration and break-fix support 5, Should have experience in architecting and developing solutions
