• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Individual will be responsible for providing day to day Azure IAAS / Wintel / VMWARE support applying process; procedures; Standards; guidelines and best practices 2 Accountable for Service Delivery as per SLAs /OLAs of various projects in Remote infrastructure Management 3 Manage day to day operations of the services rendered based on ITIL framework 4 Responsible for ensuring negotiation; agreement; and maintenance of SLAs / OLAs 5 Supporting BAU for various clients
    
  • Technical Experience : Primary Skill: Windows Servers, Microsoft Windows Azure IaaS VMware ESXi 5/6; vCenter 55/6 Secondary Skill: ITIL, Azure Resource Manager ARM Templates, PowerShell Cisco UCS AZ-300 / 103 / 104 VCP 6 Preferred
