  • Key Responsibilities : 1 High Exp Domain Expertise ie Hybrid Full Stack Infra/App Dev 2 Eliminate the redundant efforts between L2 and L3 teams 3 Responsible for the availability of the service to help system performance improvement 4 Create Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, self-help and self-service scripts for resolution of repetitive scenarios 5 Post-mortem Domain 6 Test automation 7 Monitoring and health checks
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Hands-On experience in tool development task 2 Working knowledge in any of the automation toolMFOO, RunDeck, RESOLVE 3 Hands on experience DevOps tools Ansible, Jenkins etc 4 Hands on experience in Python, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, PowerShell scripting, Perl, SQL and PL/SQL etc 5 have good exposure in CICD pipeline 6 Ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors and manage highly profile escalation calls
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Experience must have been gained in a production environment
