Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Technical Experience : 1 Experience in Amazon Web Services AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform 2 Expertise in IT architecture, software development, and operations, and proven strategies scalability and disaster recovery
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent communication skills, written and verbal 2 Excellent problem solving skills
    
  • Educational Qualification : Any graduation
